Four patients in England have been confirmed as having swine flu, the Department of Health has said.
The new confirmed cases are in London, the South East region and the West Midlands region.
Three of the cases are linked to previously confirmed cases and one is a returning traveller.
This brings the UK total of confirmed cases to 137. The Department said its policies seemed to have been effective in preventing the spread of the virus. </p
