    Can’t get enough of Amy Dixon.
    I have to say, my first experience with a Women’s Health workout was the Perfect Body Workout, and I thought it was pretty solid.

    Dixon Rocks
    This video is excellent. It is challenging and motivating. The music isn’t too annoying like most exercise videos, and Amy Dixon is a great instructor.

    I was disappointed in this dvd. I like the upper body and lower body segment. However, the “techno” music is annoying and the studio where the video is shot is unappealing to me…

    great video but had me really breathing hard in the 10min aerobic section. you can follow the low impact person, which i will do next time.
